104. The constellations Vulpecula, Taurus, Pisces and Leo should not be visible from latitude 65 degrees south on a spherical Earth

"The constellation Vulpecula can be seen from 90 degrees North latitude, all the way to 55 degrees South latitude. Taurus, Pisces and Leo can be seen from 90 degrees North all the way to 65 degrees South. An observer on a ball-Earth, regardless of any tilt or inclination, should not logically be able to see this far. "

Dubay does not understand basic trigonometry

Dubay is making the same spurious point as proof 103 with different constellations.  The reasons why the proof is nonsense remains the same.

You will always be able to see a constellation at some point in the year if the difference between its declination (angle above the equator) and the observer’s latitude is not more than 90 degrees.

a. Vulpecula: Declination +25° which is 90° from an observer at 65° south
b. Taurus: Declination +15° which is 80° from an observer at 65° south
c. Pisces: Declination +15° which is 80° from an observer at 65° south
d. Leo: Declination +15° which is 80° from an observer at 65° south

I.e. All are visible from 65° south on a spherical Earth.

Is Dubay just incompetent at trigonometry?  Probably, but I believe that in this "proof" he is deliberately lying in order to back up his spurious claim that the observed stars would be impossible on a spherical Earth.
