106. No-one has been able to verify the location of the South Pole
"The so-called “South Pole” is simply an arbitrary point along the Antarctic ice marked with a red and white barbershop pole topped with a metal ball-Earth. This ceremonial South Pole is admittedly and provably NOT the actual South Pole, however, because the actual South Pole could be demonstrably confirmed with the aid of a compass showing North to be 360 degrees around the observer. Since this feat has never been achieved, the model remains pure theory, along with the establishment’s excuse that the geomagnetic poles supposedly constantly move around making verification of their claims impossible."
Dubay is once again trying to throw doubt on the existence of the South Pole
Dubay repeatedly does this because its existence debunks the flat Earth completely. In this case he is rather ironically using things that scientists say about the South Pole to disprove the South Pole. If scientists were making up the existence as part of a global conspiracy surely they would make up something that flat earthers couldn't argue about.
So let us examine each of the points:
What Dubay fails to mention is that the geographic North Pole also moves. Since flat earthers do not deny the existence of the North Pole, the movement of the Pole can hardly be sited as reason for its non-existence.
You can even track its movement in real time if you wish. See: http://hpiers.obspm.fr/eop-pc/index.php
In any case, despite the fact that the magnetic poles do move, we do know where they are because they are easily measured with a compass.

True. The geographic South Pole moves. This is because the Earth is not a solid object and the mass shifts in response to tectonic movements, which in turn results in small changes in the axis of rotation. What Dubay fails to mention is that the geographic North Pole also moves. Since flat earthers do not deny the existence of the North Pole, the movement of the Pole can hardly be sited as reason for its non-existence.
"... the actual South Pole could be demonstrably confirmed with the aid of a compass ..."
Ah bless ... Dubay seems to have confused himself over the Geographic Pole and the Magnetic Pole. The ceremonial South Pole is a ceremonial Geographic South Pole. In relation to this the actual South Pole is the actual Geographic South Pole. You can't locate the Geographic Pole with a compass! Duh.
Since this feat has never been achieved, the model remains pure theory ...
A short distance from the Ceremonial South Pole, there is marker pole that denotes the actual Geographic South Pole. The position of the pole is moved as the Geographic South Pole moves.
In other words, this feat has not only been achieved, it is repeatedly being achieved.

Note: The marker pole is the thin pole directly in front of the sign, not the flag poles.
"... along with the establishment’s excuse that the geomagnetic poles supposedly constantly move around making verification of their claims impossible."
Again, Dubay confuses the magnetic poles with the geographic poles, but confuses things further by referring to the "geomagnetic poles" when he means "magnetic poles". Geomagnetic poles are a theoretical "best fit" if we imagine the Earth was a bar magnet. I do not know what it is used for in practice. In any case, despite the fact that the magnetic poles do move, we do know where they are because they are easily measured with a compass.
